Products & Designs

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen due to differences in monitors, printing processes, materials, and production methods.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and other customization details.
Once a personalized or made-to-order item enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or information that prevents us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Production & Shipping
Many products are produced after an order is placed. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary by product, production partner, shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products within the same order may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate shipments.
